Every part of a raider's outfit should serve a purpose, the two objects strapped to his left thigh don't seem to have one. Also, his boots don't have the characteristic bulge one sees with heavy duty steel toes.
p.s. He really should protect his head better, if only from the sun, and goggles would be nice.

You did what you could with this, but this outfit, is very... rudimentary. Like the crowbar though.
