Description
This was taken on August, 17th in Maumelle, Arkansas on the Arkansas River, in the USA. The house boat shown here is sinking slowly into the river due to a hole in its hull.This is submitted for the Light Source Contest - [link] - at the unknown artists club.

Wow! Rarely are "Nature" scenes full of so many different colors at once! A great capture, and telling depiction of Life passed by, and moved on from! A thousand words could not relate the depth in this photo! Very well done!

Wow, now that's what I call breathtaking. I haven't seen too many photos like this one. Extraordinary! I've never seen a photograph have so many colors blending together to give the photo such a flawless feel to it. The colors are easy on the eyes, and the boat just adds to the beauty of the photo. Absolutley stunning photo you have here. Wish there were more like it out there.
I just have one question. Is the boat really sunken, are is it jst grounded on the beach? Either way, it's pretty cool. I love it.

Thank you very much for your very nice comments!! I really appreciate it!! The boat is really sunk--the back end is completely submerged!! The dock I was standing on was tilted in the water also. It was nerve racking trying to take the photos while keeping my balance and trying not to worry about falling in!! thanks again!!
