-Creator/Dahlia the Spotted Skunk; Just like Tabor, Hallow was created by "Creator", because she wanted a killing machine, and someone to assist her. But as soon as Tabor was made, she deemed Hallow the killer. And...sadly enough, Hallow wasn't a killer at heart. Neither was Tabor, but she kept him around, and abandoned Hallow.

Short Bio:

Made by the insane scientist known as "Creator". Hallow spent most of his days trying to assist her and Tabor with random experiments. Hallow spent his own free time learning how to sew...One day, Creator demanded that Hallow kill one of the Mobians she was experimenting on to "put it out of its misery". Hallow just couldn't do it...so, Creator threw him out into the streets, to fend for himself.

Hallow soon was able to find himself a job at a clothing store by sewing and stitching clothes together. Currently, still works there. He's much happier than he was, in Creator's laboratory.
