Personality:

Nora, at first glance, seems like a confident, yet coy, girl. She's polite when needed be, having good manners and such. She's even more polite if talking to someone she does take a liking to, and when that happens, might follow them around like a lost puppy. Mainly speaks to others when wanting something, and when she has her eyes set on her next victim, turns rather...malicious. Nora's actually very devious and cunning, not to mention a bit cruel to whomever falls victim for her "siren's song", even if the victim themselves aren't children. Prefers not to eat older Mobians, but will, if no children are around, or if no children fall prey to her song. Nora has a short temper though, and it doesn't take long for her to snap, showing off her true colors.

Argentum the Badger-a fellow lover of torture, this sadistic Mobian first met the witch in the forest, claiming to have been searching for a young child. Eager to help, Nora stated she saw a child pass by not too long ago. Why she hadn't gone after him before, she has no clue. She helped Argentum find the kid, and after snapping his neck, Argentum was about to leave. Nora wanted the kid's body, and asked if she could have it. Argentum soon realized Nora was a witch, but didn't seem afraid...more like, amused.
Nora asked if she could stay where Argentum lives, and he led her to some sort of military style campsite. She's intrigued by how twisted Argentum is to his prisoners, but watches the torture with sheer delight.

Short Bio:

-Nora was always the odd child, not making friends easily. It wasn't her fault she loved fire, and making weird dolls out of sticks. She found an old spell book in an abandoned cathedral, and began practicing dark magic. It corrupted the girl, and she even practiced spells on her peers to see if they worked. By the age of sixteen, was declared mentally insane.
She was tried for being a witch, but escaped from the village before she could be burned at the stake.
She lived in the forest for a short time, before starting to wander from place to place, assuming the same form she was in, when she was pronounced insane; a fourteen year old girl.
Years and years have passed, and the dark magic consumed her; she went after children for food, because of them being near helpless.
All she would have to do, is sing a certain little lullaby...

Powers/Special Abilities:
-Being a witch, Nora mainly has magic related abilities, mostly dark magic. She also can cast and perform spells, and stuff like that. Her singing voice is powerful, and is like a spell, whenever she sings her lullaby. Most children are not immune to the lullaby, and will follow it to Nora.
