Downloaded this wall from Minitokyo a while ago. Since I started to watch this series again I thought I had to set a Bakuretsu Tenshi (Burst Angel) wall.The character is Joe in a more serene setup than usual (shooting, battling giant robots, general mayham).

Yeah - I was under the impression though that this particular dress and hairdo were from an OVA or sequal to the original series. Couldn't establish its existence yet, though.
