XD All I'm hoping for is a decent explanation as to how all the rangers get their powers back.

Meaning all the rangers who actually Lost their powers, I presume. There are some who still have them (like the Lightspeed Rangers) or can easily regain them (like the Galaxy Rangers just pulling their Quasar Sabers back out from the stone).
But other than that, yeah I hope so too.
