I'm just gonna write down all the important things I think I understood:
-I'm not allowed to use the bases
-it can have only /one/ tail
-it must have a backpack (*unless I choose it to have no backpack, for the one rare/uncommon trait I can let it have)
-it can have any accessory
-it cannot have a buttbudy (unless * )
-no mutations
-4 whiskers
-gills in abdomen

another question; the species guide speaks of shotters becoming friends with fishermen and children, but would they also be capable of being friends with, let's say, my puffshimi?
