Description
This is my featured submission to Cosmosys' 9th artpack: Illusions. Shot at Hutt Lagoon, Gregory, WA, Australia.Hutt Lagoon is a pink lake, a salt lake with a red or pink hue due to the presence of the carotenoid-producing algae 'Dunaliella salina'. This algae produces that pinky colour!

It's really weird to see, to be honest. You are just driving in a non-changing nature, only seeing red dust and low bushes, and suddenly there's this lake that has a pink color. It was weird, yet amazing. Thanks for your comment
