Of course, Dr. Wiley use the remains of bright man and finally made this robot master, he is very powerful and very chunky and takes a lots of hits and he acts like the big brother to everyone and he loves playing tricks on his siblings, and even Dr. Wiley himself yeah, he does get in trouble for it, but he enjoys every part of it.

Weapon:thunder strike it basically shoots down lightning from the sky that’s the entire ability. Yep that’s it. It’s just shoot man’s ability, but a lot more flashier and it’s technically a screen clearer so that’s good.
