I find there's something very beautiful and peaceful about people's faces when they have their eyes closed. And this one here is no exception. I love the calm and liberating expression, like this person is free from all the worries in the world. Beautiful choice of colours too, they create a very special atmosphere.

I tried to view this work by you a couple of times before, but I just couldn't see it, only the thumbnail. Now I saw it belong your "The Dead Bird" on your main page. I wish I could see it in full view though.

The colors are very beautiful, so warm! There is something almost religious about his/her face. I can't decide how to interpret his/her expression and I think that's good. To me it doesn't look like a person sleeping.. maybe looking down or just closing the eyes for a bit.
