After creating #18 and Caulifla everyone was asking "Are you gonna make #21?"Can you make Majin 21?"Well now that i have the means to do it i present you the insatiable android 21 in JW style enjoy.PS I tried to make the lighting to look as cartoony and cel shaded as i could on this one,tell me if you like it.

Well i assume your interested on this one in particular since you mentioned Majin,for this one the modder provided a card so i used the front bangs from that card cause i really suck at hair accesories xD but other than that face,body etc its all me.
