This is Liberty Man and PsiBettle, online characters
in the City of Heroes. I guess the background
is what they called Paragon City in this Game.
Hope Tommy will like this!
Well, Im kinda not convince here on my artwork.
so, I'll gotta put some editing here if needed so.
Done in bond paper, gelpens, unipens, india ink, and
japanese brush. Done more than 6-7 hours.
