Well...I don't know very much about the Cloverfield Monster, so I couldn't say. I can, however, assume that ZJ may have a slight advantage in terms of agility and speed, simply based on the body structure of both kaiju. Clover's mobility seems completely dependent on his two giant arms. All ZJ would have to do is break/remove one of those giant arms, and Clover would be a sitting duck. I mean, the those arms on his chest look about as useful as T-Rex arms...
Godzilla the Series proved that ZJ does have some capacity for strategy combat, even though he usually just charges in with brute force. It wouldn't be too much of a stretch to think ZJ would see and take advantage of this glaring structural flaw.
But again, I know next to nothing about Clover, so I can't give any significant debate on the issue.

Zilla Jr would win because of blood mutations and radioactive breath. Zilla himself would die.

Zilla Jr obviously will win, the way I see Clover winning is if it sends a ton of those small parasites crawling all over Zilla Jr and distracts him long enough for Clover to go for a lethal blow.

Even if Heat was backing him up they'd have to worry about any of the parasites coming after them.

But there was that 1 time where they fought against that insect swarm and Jr had bugs all over him, he temporarily retreated but he came back and finished the job. But in this case if he retreated he'd put heat in danger. Stalemate right there.

I've read some earlier comments about why Zilla Jr would win and most are just plain stupid or unreasonable. Zilla Jr will win because he beat a fake monster? He got his ass knocked down by a giant turtle and his mate saved him. He won't lose ever? He couldn't beat the hummingbirds without special goggles, or the DRAGMAs who had nearly impenetrable skin so he had to kill them when they lacked that trait. He'll win with ease? Clover took a direct hit from a B-2 bomber and lived, I think he can take a hit or 2 and he has a venomous bite. And this whole he possesses more then Godzilla? Godzilla has a stronger Atomic breathe and can take more hits then Jr. There's no way in hell Jr will ever beat Godzilla. People need t read up about these monsters b4 they go posting stuff like Jr will win because he's awesome or other BS.

All Zillas but Zilla Jr would probably lose. Jr however would ripe Clover a new one with out even trying. As for those trying to bring Mothra into this I can them getting along for some reason.

I think it's a tie. As long as Zilla Jr never gets caught, he wins. However, as I have said before, if he gets too close Clover wins. Tough call but a fun fight to see one day

If by Zilla jr. you mean the Zilla from the cartoon, he wins possibly with greater ease than Godzilla. Zilla jr. happens to possess the best of both his father and Godzilla, and even defeated his father when he was brought back as a cyborg by aliens.
Clover only stands so much as a potential challenge to the Zilla of the 1998 movie/Final Wars.

Possess the best of Godzilla? Godzilla and Zilla Jr have the same abilities overall but Godzilla has a stronger Atomic Breath and is physically stronger, while Jr is faster and can dig. Godzilla would easily destroy Clover just as Zilla Jr could Godzilla has faced and defeated monsters far more powerful then Zilla Jr and anything Jr faced.
