Allows you to add more muscle and fat to your sims. It's what I personally use for my sims. Here's an example below:

Okay, so from the webpage itself, you would download the fitness controls and the size you'd want to have you sims be (1.75x, 3x, or 5x. personally I use 3x). Then you'd extract the controls and size mod into the following folder:
Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods

You'll be able to adjust their fatness in the create-a-sim mode as well as make them eat to get fat. So you can go back and redo this character if you wanted to.
