She just ate so that's why she can't swim yet.

Dunk the marshmallow!
(I don't hate Sweetie Belle BTW, I just see this as summer goofiness that the trio will all get a good laugh out of)

Yes, a brighter one above the fillies, and a softer one behind the camera.
Also, you better learn how to darken the ragdolls, so you can create more realistic shadows on them:

You mean the shadows? You can do that. I learned that after making the tut.
You need to spawn the props as dynamic props with "prop_dynamic_create [model path]" and then you can set a name for them and a lighting origin.
However, they will not have physics (causing some of them to have a pretty fucked up hitbox for the physgun. They will also be discarded when loading a savegame, so you'll have to finish your scene in a single sitting.
It also works for bonemergeable props and effects. Some effects especially have fucked up hitboxes that way.
Here are some examples where I used the shadow commands on props fav.me/d8e48ny fav.me/d7tag8w fav.me/d95f83a fav.me/d7pw6bv

Oh, that's really gonna help me when I need the ragdolls to pose alongside props! Thanks. ^^

With the new update to the filly overhaul this pic looks like it's made with SFM. Even though it's not.

They're a lot closer to the show's visuals, which's great, but the models are almost as big as the regular-sized pony models.
Anyway, I think that can be fixed with a resizer tool.

Scootaloo over there is priceless. These are the types of shenanigans I expect from these three during the summer. Awesome picture, Flaherty!

I'll try a night scene just to figure things out even more.

Super DOF doesn't like shadows either in some cases.

At least it's not as extreme as Depth of Field, which removes all shadows.
