This is something that I always wanted to see, a true comic series with these characters in an Avengers style adventure!
With the IDW universe threatened by many villains, different worlds will need heroes.

Leonardo: Eldest and leader among his three brothers, Leonardo was born as any other ordinary turtle but that all changed as he and his brothers were lost in the sewers of New York and were contaminated by a mysterious ooze that has caused the little turtles to rapidly evolve into humanoid turtles. The young turtles were raised and trained in the art of ninjutsu by their rat master, who was also contaminated by the ooze, Splinter. Leonardo and his brothers spend there days in hiding from the humans that would never accept them and stopping Oroku Saki, the Shredder and his Foot clan.

Twilight Sparkle: Young unicorn mare from the magical realm of Equestria, who has spent most of her life in studies and magic had learned how friendship was important. Twilight is one of the elements of harmony, magic. Her mentor Princess Celestia has granted the unicorn the power and wings of an Alicorn and has earned the title of princess to lead the ponies of Equestria in the future for a great purpose.

Godzilla: Possibly the last of his kind, Godzilla appeared in 1954 in the pacific. The government attempted to kill the ancient beast and cover it up by "conducting nuclear tests" in the pacific. After a few decades, Godzilla rose again and began to reign as a great force of nature. Soon more monsters began to appear, ranging from man-made abominations of man's arrogance, and surviving ancient beasts. No matter what beast comes his way, Godzilla comes up on top and takes the Throne as King of the monsters.

Optimus Prime: Millions of years ago on the planet Cybertron, Optimus was known as Orion Pax. He was a clerk in the Iacon hall of records. During this time, Megatron had formed a political group called the Decepticons to challenge Cybertron's leadership for equality for all Cybertronians. Orion and Megatron both wanted a change for Cybertron but with different agendas. Orion wanted peace and freedom for all Cybertronians without the use of violence. Megatron wanted to overthrow the old order with force and demanded the title of Prime. The High Council refused to give the title to Megatron but their sparks and minds were moved by Orion's words and saw him worthy as Prime. Megatron and his followers waged war against all who opposed him. Orion was rebuilt and was renamed Optimus to join the Autobots in war to destroy those who were once their brothers. After war ravaged Cybertron, and its core poisoned with Dark Energon, Optimus was bestowed the Matrix of leadership by the life giver of all Cybertronians Primus. Optimus Prime had gathered what remained of the Autobots and left Cybertron with Megatron and a force Decepticons pursuing them. The ships of these factions were badly damaged in battle and crashed on the planet Earth during the age of the Dinosaurs, locking them into stasis till the 1980s where the human race roams. The autobots continued to wage their battles to destroy the evil forces of the Decepticons. Fighting in desguise and having an alliance with the humans.
