At this point I had not yet worked out how to get the Engine Pylons to look comic-book accurate. The simplest explanation is you measure from the Outboard Sides. You start at the round Cone Hull by the top ring and extend your Outboard Side Walls down to the Engine Pod. The Inboard Side Wall also starts from the curve of the ring. The undersides of the Engines start from the larger Cone Hull. It would be easiest when the top ring is already in place. As long as you start each Pylon from the ring and extend it outward to the pods you can have straight, flat-top, parallel engines. You might have to sub-duct the Inboard Wall under the Top Deck but it should work.
