BawnBonn has quite a few differences in Bon-Bon.

First of all the name. Their names are not compared although they sound the same but are not spelled the same.

Second, the color of the eyes in the two rabbits.

Third, BawnBonn is Furry and Bon-Bon is an Animatronic.

Fourth, BawnBonn has lashes and his hair is sky blue.

Fifth, BawnBonn can float, even his legged version can float, while Bon-Bon can only walk with his hands.

And the differences are noticeable, more than anything in plain sight BawnBonn does not have the red bow that Bon-Bon does.

Bon-Bon does not have the same as BawnBonn does. It is more BawnBonn is a historical character since it marked a part of the history of FNAM Sister Location Series since after all the events of FNAM SL1 and the beginning of SL2 BawnBonn is transformed into Bonnet, but already in new series of FNAM Sister Location, BawnBonn is reborn even though there is already an improved model of him [I'm referring to Brianna Bunny known as Bonnet there].
