I guess this is what we all do at some level, keep practicing and trying to make "better" if this has any sense ...

Do you layer like oil paint (working from dark to light) when you work on the computer.

Yeah, thats exactly what i do. sometimes i'll start with and even tone and then add shadows, highlights etc. . . but most of the time i just go from dark to light.

Thanks Rocwell. I like the way your work that G!. I'm still trying to perfect a way to paint light to dark simular to the way I paint with watercolors. Thanks for the reply G.
