I'm sure she's/she'll be happy that you though of her on her birthday but I see some errors in copyrights.
For first you said "All characters is (C) to Cynder-and-spyro-fan, not me". Well, that's not true. Cynder and Spyro belongs to Sierra and CASF is just drawing fanart of them.
And second, I'd credit Cynder-And-Spyro-Fan and Floravola for art. You just mixed their dress-up games with background. I'm sure you knew that's not yours but that's not really kind when you uses someone's work without giving credits. Especially when giving gifts :/
