Wonderful work - both of you! Lovely pose. And I especially like the way you've unified the figure into the space with the composition. Excellent composition is a hallmark of your work!
I'm particularly interested in this shot because some of it's elements (seated pose and lamp) relate to the dressing table motif I often explore in my work. By the way, not that there's anything wrong with this picture, but have you considered a tighter, square cropping? It would be a completely different picture. But I think it's interesting.

Thank you, the model is a unique find, she resembles a Vermeer portrait with the body of a Botticelli, she blends into the background with no effort, always elegant, always beautiful .... the composition is a joint effort - a strange analogy, but I have noticed when photographing cats that they always find a pose that is in total equilibrium with the surroundings, it must have something to do with our evolutionary past.

Yes, quite unique. I see what you mean about elements of a Botticelli and Vermeer subject. Certainly some of the elegance is intrinsic to the model. But the way you framed the shot is great. Also, the surroundings are perfect. Whether it was a conscious effort or not, you have created a amazing space.
