This project seems markedly different from most of your work. Was the simpler style the result of a deadline crunch, or were you changing everything up to better suit the lineart? I hope you don't misinterpret that as a slag, because I really like these pages. Like I said, though, they're just different from most of the other work you've posted.

It was a conscious decision to do something that fit the art and tone of this book. I'm glad you like it! I wasn't sure how it would go over for the reasons you just gave.

I wish I knew what it was all about. If it's one of those scenes where you get home and the dude who double-crossed you is there, feeding your son - or if he's feeding his son and is about to deal with a cadre of baddies who're there to kick some ass. Man. I need to read more stories so I can better interpret covers!
