A while ago I was contacted by CDProjektRed to do an Illustration Test for an in-house position, I passed the test but unfortunately we couldn't get into an agreement on certain details, I wish them the best and this was a fun painting to do

Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. Bit of a broad question, mate.
How about starting with listing what you've tried already and what particular bits you're having trouble with precisely. That way, you'll make it clear that you've actually tried a few things and aren't just some noob begging for free help with something or other...which sadly, I see a lot of.
Your question is pretty much asking "how do I get good at drawing?"
Think about what you actually want to know and try to be more precise in your questions.

I don't know why my artworks are similar to child arts . I'm 30 years old and i started digital artworks and my arts are like children.
I watched all learns and i know what should I do but I can't understand Brushes . I'm Iranian and we haven't digital artworks class like your artworks .Β
I wanna learn and enjoy art works makers like you and make friendship . but I don't know whats wrong in my steps .
I make first layer as Ink . next make color layer . but I don't know why when i color with brushes i can't make real with them . my arts are similar to 3 old kids
my step at ink isn't problem but when at coloring it's going to so badly . i tried 8 bit , 16 bit but isn't any difference between my arts 
i try make one and upload its. plz help me my angel I need know more about digital artworks

Often that kind of test proves them right about you, then they prove you wrong about them with all that concern the said position.

The edges, deisgns and lighting looks like a screenshot out of skyrim if it had cinimatics. For you I could see it would be a blast to paint, but for me, painting that would be an unholy nightmare from hell.
