Bouncer was in a competition for world’s highest jumper and during the competition some happened called the Aftershock (an event that changed the world) Bouncer was struck by a bolt of lightning and gave him the ability to jump to impossible heights and he decided to use his new power and use them for good. That’s when he became Kamouse the jumping hero
