Art-trade with sort of a challenge/inspiration to spice things up.

The Theme was "personification" I was given two choices and went with "Fear" because it went along with this character I've been working on for my game XD

The design half was a lot harder than I thought it would be. I spent a lot of time contemplating how to convey fear visually. My first concepts were something a little more "horror" but it just wasn't right. Then I started going towards something a little more personal. And yes one eye is weird-ish (suppose to be like that).

Fear is a distorted view of life that tangles and constricts, but there's always an ounce of truth in it. Sometimes there's a lot more truth to it, that it cannot be denied. That's why it takes a hold of us, consumes us, because it's the unavoidable dark truth. It offers protection, an insurance against harm. But leaves you hesitant, bounded, and hidden away from life.

And for some reason he ended up with blue hair O_O It was never my intention but as I was coloring I well in love with that hue -_- Oh and props to for giving the idea of shadow people in the bg I REALLY wanted to make this full-view so it'd be more awesome for the art-trade. I might make this full-view later.
