Yeah, he needs one! Especially after he ruined Christmas. DX

Terra's my fave... but his life kinda becomes crap during BBS...

Still can't decide who gets the worst ending between Terra and Aqua. Though Terra might be winning since his in-game story was so... depressing. D:

Aqua may be trapped in the Realm of Darkness, but at least she's in one piece. I think Terra got the worst deal.
Granted, I may be biased because mind control/body-snatching really creep me out...

At least they'll both be saved in KHIII.

...But body-snatching is really freaky, isn't it?

Yeah, it is.
Are you familiar with the ending of Re: Coded? What the secret message contained in the journal was?

Actually, we just finished Re:Coded about three days ago. XD So yeah, we know the meaning of the message. Thank you for asking about spoilers first. Most people wouldn't do that.

I got one of the coolest revelations of KH3D spoiled for me by an inconsiderate fanfiction author... I was so bummed...
Anyway, at the end when it shows those 7 people Sora has to save, I almost cried when TAV showed up (I started with BBS and went through the series chronologically). There was a Japanese trailer for KH3D that showed at least six out of the seven, most of them one right after the other, and my first thought was "YAY! This is the game where they all come back!" But it wasn't... and MX insulted Terra in front of Mickey and Riku... and I was sooo mad at Nomura!

That's why when KHIII trailers start showing story segments, I'm going to try and avoid them and everyone else. XD Especially the launch trailer, those show everything. We didn't know much about 3D when we played it so our expectations weren't high, we just expected it to be good. So in that regard, I think we had a better time with it than a lot of other people. I got mad at Xehanort, too. lol Birth by Sleep was what revitalized our love for KH after the confusing KHII incident, so we're kind of protective of the trio. XD

Yeah, they spoiled that Lea gets a Keyblade.
I watched all the trailers for DDD, and I thought that they were giving away a lot of the story, but they really didn't... I think the biggest spoilers were the return of the Organization's somebodies (which I actually consider fairly minor in the grand scheme of the game, especially since I think Nomura confirmed Lea's return in an interview before the first trailer showing him even came out), the return of Master Xehanort (which we all knew from Re: Coded anyway), and that there was a sleeping Sora on a throne in Where Nothing Gathers (which I think just confused us). The two biggest revelations--the time travel and the 13 Xehanorts--weren't even touched, unless you count showing YMX's face and the presence of Xigbar.
BBS was my first KH game, TAV were my first KH trio, Terra was my first favorite KH character, Terqua was my first KH ship, Ven's theme was my first favorite KH track... BBS trio will forever hold a special place in my heart. ^_^ I'm protective of them too.
I was all emotional when Terra and Aqua showed up (but irked that they and Ven were only there for 10 seconds), I got emotional again and all warm and fuzzy when Riku remembered Terra's visit to Destiny Islands, and when MX referred to Terra as "the feckless youth who became my new vessel," I kinda yelled at the computer... "Don't you DARE talk about Terra that way!" And I found almost the exact same words later as a comment on YouTube referring to that scene. ^^

Dang, that was a good spoiler. Too bad someone was loose with it.
Yeah, when you put it that way, the trailers really didn't give away that much. But it's also the little things I don't want spoiled. There's just something in the moments where you're all
"Okay, this is probably the last world in 3D! What is it?!"
*Unlocks The World That Never Was*
"..........o_o"
Or when you buy FFVII without the booklet, so you're like "What, Cid's in here? Yuffie's in here, too? What is that thing?! It's in my party?!"
There's just something fun about not knowing that much. XD

That pretty much sounds like us. XD Except for the yelling at the screen part. lol We get the urge like, every month to play BbS again. ...From the beginning, not goofing off on side stuff. XD

I KNOW.
Eh, I need little tidbits leading up to the release, they get me excited. ^^
I found out about TWTNW and was basically just plain confused, because I didn't see how it could be a Sleeping World.
I'm proud of myself for realizing that Saix was going to be one of the 13 Darknesses before we saw him. ^^

Nice! I'm sure it's the one I've re-watched the most times.

I know I'll be tempted, but they'll probably show off a few of the 13 Xehanorts since they always have to show SOMEONE taking their hood off. lol
Yeah, we got kind of suspicious about Saix when Lea pointed out he wasn't there. Never expected him to be part Xehanort, though.

It's the only game I've played on Critical. XD

I actually have a KH fic in the works that I can't finish until we get some answers that only KH3 will give us, so the trailers may help!
I figured it our after Xigbar revealed that he was part Xehanort (which also finally explains why Braig has brown eyes and rounded ears when he fights Terra but yellow eyes and pointed ears in the Keyblade Graveyard). The only members of the original Organization with the yellow eyes and pointed ears are Xemnas, whom we'd already seen and already knew is Xehanort, Xigbar, who'd just told us what he is, and Saix, whom we had yet to see, so I figured it out from that. The second the hooded unknown jumped up to attack Lea, I knew it was him.

I remember wondering why the three of them were the only ones like that on the Days character selection screen. XD Yeah, as soon as one of the hooded figures came at Lea, we were like "Oh, that must be Saix." lol

Yeah, Nomura said something in an interview about the changes being due to prolonged use of Darkness prior to the release of DDD, but what we actually find out makes much more sense. ^^

Can't remember if I saw that exact interview or not. They all blend together. XD

This is kind of random and off-topic, but we were talking about interviews lately, and we can't find the one where Nomura talks about whether or not Sora inherited the keyblade because of Ven. I looked at the BbS Ultimania interviews again, and checked the wiki, but it never cited a source. I'm pretty sure he went over it in an interview, so if you happen to remember which one it was, that'd be great!

No, just like YMX says in DDD, they Keyblade was originally meant to go to Riku (thanks to Terra), but when Riku went over the edge into darkness it went to Sora instead. If I recall correctly, the reason Roxas and Xion can both use Keyblades has to do with one of them basically having Sora's and the other basically having Ven's (I can remember who had whose), which is why Roxas (and later Sora) can duel-wield after that point.

JointOperation In reply to EragonJediGirl357 [2014-07-01 01:22:25 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, I remember that. But some people say the reason the keyblade chose Sora then was because he had Ven's heart inside him. And I thought it was discussed in an interview, but can't remember if that was true or not.
