I wanted to make an Ice/Rock type for a long time now. It's an interesting typing: Quite offensive, horrible defensively, but also immune to weather damage by default. Based on a Chamois, Chamonte is pretty straight forward in design and concept. Its moveset not so much. On one hand, it has several very powerful moves, sustained by its Rock Head ability. On the other hand, it also has everything to execute a FEAR set(Focus Sash, Endeavor, (Quick)Attack, Rattata) with its absolute weather immunity.
I like both possibilities, if only because Chamonte has those huge badass horns and I want it to use them.
