Well to start I have to say that every time you post a new artwork I get a lot excited. I just love your art style, playing with warm/cold colors, sun/moon and the elements of life.
This one particularly gives me a lot of peace. Maybe because I love tigers and the expression that he making helps that.
Ok, now let's go to the point:
The contrast with warm and cold colors is very balanced, among with dark and light. I just love when an artist do that, because it makes the painting so much realistic.
The detail of the black pen. It’s not too much, but it’s enough to realize that the tiger has fur. And let’s not forget about the circle’s outline. If it was me doing that I would just simply draw a line arround the circle, but you had the creativity and pacience to draw that detailed circle.
And for last the simbols. I can see that you like a lot the simbols of life and in this drawing you represented them very well. There are two part of us: one is the sun (love, passion, youth, power…) and the other is the moon (passive, dreams, hope), but they can’t exist without each other. And the star? Maybe perfection and protection.
Can we just take a moment to appreciate how awesome is your art?
Keep up the good work!

Thre are many good things to say aabout this drawing. First of all, the colours are perfect. The intense heat on the left and the deep cold in the right, with that white climax in the middle, it's something that really catches the viewer's attention and could represent many dichotomies; day and night, hot and cold, good and evil... it's wonderful.
The shapes and proportions are lovely too. The arms look strong, and the face just slightly on the narrow, feminine side, representing just another duality that doesn't look unusual. The background being circular and the tiger coming out is also a lovely touch, and really adds a lot of depth to the image.
Of course, it wouldn't be a critique if I didn't also highlight the things I believe could be improved. First of all... the symbols on the head simply look out of place, and maybe a little "cheesy." As I mentioned earlier, the colours enough represent the same symbolic duality that you were attempting by adding those symbols, and honestly they're just unnecessary.
Furthermore, I feel like some of the features are undersized. The stripes could be much more bold, and the eyes and nose could be bigger. The muzzle looks a little as if you had drawn it symbolically rather than shaping it with the shading, too. I'm not sure if you forgot to add whiskers or just didn't want them, but I think whiskers would've been nice in this image as well.
I hope you consider this a fair critique. This is a beautiful piece!

I remember feeling so tired at night that I couldn't sleep, and then your post on Facebook about the new work came. I took a glance at it, it was just so beautiful and...peaceful that it made my mind calm once again.
I may not be the fanciest in terms of words, but I really love the harmony of the two elements. Like the title of this piece, "Inner Balance", the main character, in particularly the tiger, brought upon itself the two opposite elements. One fearsome like a fire, and the other soothe and calm like water. I just love how you draw everything about the tiger. The stripes, the mane, the fur, everything. The color mixing is magnificent too. It basically delivers the synchronized harmony of both the ferocious tone of red, and the content sea of blue.
And finally, sealing all of the greatness in one picture is the yin and yang. Just so amazing. I just hope that it could be the original black and white, or a combination between the two tones, but it's good anyway e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b… " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="366" title=" (Big Grin)"/>
Overall, I love your work so much! Been watching you since a really long time ago, and it makes me feel so happy just to look at your picture ~

Beautiful and absolutely well done ^-^ Let's get on, shall we?
Vision:
The image is very pleasing to the eyes, and the use of warm and cool colors balance it very equally. The line art is also incredible (but note: this is coming from someone who can't draw animals for crap .-.)
Originality:
the Yin Yang concept is a common one, and using animals to convey it is as well. Aside from this, I feel that there is a good amount of originality within the piece.
Technique:
Traditional art is glorious, and the way it was designed shows this clearly. I feel that sometimes Traditional art is 'forgotten' in a sense, but the proof that it isn't is in the way that you've used it here.
Impact:
What I've taken away from this piece is that yes, the opposing sides (The sun and moon/Yin Yang) differ, but there is still unity (shown in the star) through their differences.
(Or I'm totes wrong, but there's nly so much you can perceive through an image >.<)
Overall:
This is wonderful, and I admire the way it was done. I hope to see more like this ^-^

I don't know quite exactly what you mean by "traditonal" art being 'forgotten' in a sense?

Nice that you took our taeguk & precious cats for inspiration. Would it be possible to do one of the normal or sam taeguk with our national animal of the Chollima? I like this piece quite a lot.
