This beautiful coat-wearing young girl is the daughter of Burnie and Professor Bubbles. She has inherited fire powers from her Burnie, her father, and water powers from Bubbles, her mother, and she's clearly inexperienced with them. She has so little control over her abilities that her head goes on fire when she's mad, and she cries rivers of tears when upset! Luckily, since her parents are usually busy with their jobs, Buddy Critt is always there to help her control her powers, and to look after her.
