(REALITY BREAKING) It's already 4 months now. The territorial conflicts between Russia and Ukraine are ongoing since February 24th of 2022, with Russia "invading" some lands of Ukraine. This, as on May 18th that the Russian forces had full control of the de facto administrative city of Mariupol (Маріу́поль), causing lots of Ukrainian soldiers in the Azovstal steel plant to surrender and being evacuated to the Russian-held territory in the so-called "Donetsk People's Republic " (Донецкая Народная Республика). The Ukrainian government then declared an end to its combat mission in Mariupol, but still declares to keep fighting against Russia.
Here in this drawing, it took place on May 19th, when a air force commander of the People's Liberation Army Hong Kong Garrison, as well as a permanent member of the Communist Party of China (中國共產黨) named General Manchester Chung (鍾啟治) is taking a long stroll around Mariupol by himself, while taking a one day break from his news teleport communications tasks. Much of the city (including the Azovstal steel plant) is in ruins after the series of military attacks by Russia, without any civilians still living there. Some civilians were killed during the attacks, while the other portions of them had already evacuated to the neighboring countries few months ago. So, everything that Manchester sees around there is like... vacant and destroyed. Plus, he doesn't speak anything while strolling around.

Manchester cannot express his actual views after knowing the news about the Russian control and Ukrainian soldiers' surrender, but just hopes that sovereignties between the two countries can be solved and its territorial conflicts can come to an end with peace negotiations. So again, please DO NOT make any judges on what position he stands!

P.S. I tend to draw Mariupol as destroyed, but I'm not good at drawing the destroyed buildings... So, this is how it turned out. Please pardon my mistakes...!
