The shading truly is great, and the colour is perfect. It seems to blend in just right, and the outline is brilliant. The way you have made the "spikes" is really good, and the actual face itself is fab.
However, the back leg seems to be wonky, and lets the anatomy down a little bit. Besides that, the bones are fine and all, including the jaw.
You could improve by curving the back leg a little, and perhaps making the face a bit more feminine. The jaw looks really good, but just not right for the girlish sort of character that Spottedleaf is. Plus, the nose could be a bit less stocky, as well as the eyelids.
In summary, the picture is brilliant, but the back leg is really letting it down.

Ok, so I suppose I'll Just dive right in with this ^^
Letβs start with the Cons
The anatomy is good, but in some places it looks a little off. The back left thigh seems kind of bumpy or broken and it looks a bit awkward. You can fix it by smoothing out the outer line near the haunch to a nice curve like a "(". If your having trouble you could try using the path tool to set the line. Also you might conceder making the legs a bit longer too, cats have long flexible elegant legs (in my opinion of course ) just donβt let them get to much shorter. Also catβs bellies donβt curve in too much like dogs do, so keep that in mind. If you want you could consider is making her look more feminine, but thatβs more of a stylized thing and you cannot tell gender by looking at a real cat cat.
Ok onto the Pros ^^
The shading and coloring are gorgeous. The way you shaded her makes her pop off the screen and it is very eye catching. The lines are very smooth; the thinness makes them look a bit professional. ^^ The paws also look very good, and it looks like you got the dew claw in the correct spot. The muzzle looks great too. (-The shading really gives it depth) The ears have a good shape and appear to be the correct size. I really like the picture overall, and the eyes have a great depth too, and it gives the sense that she is looking at the viewer.

That is *so* cute Frost!!! The only thing I have to say is on her leg theres a really weird bump, but other than that is *PERFECT*! I love the way you did the fur and her eyes it's all just so CUTE!!! I love it!
