so heres the third drawing i did to curb my obsession ^_^ i did it as a project in my art class. and of course we had to explain why we did stuff and what it represented and such.well when i made this, there was no plan. i just wanted to draw joker again. and then my friend accidentally got a bit of green on the paper so i decided to color over it. and i had thought it would look cool with purple fading into green.
so when it came to explaining it, i figured that the purple could represent his personality. it radiates from him where ever he goes and with whatever he does. it shows his ambition, creativity, mystery, independence, and dignity.
and as for the green, it kinda represents the rest of society. they are all one color, blending in with one another. and they are obsessed with money. they are also green, or new, to the world the joker inhabits and always seem to take the safe way. the boring way.
and as for the joker himself being in black and white, he is who he is. no hidden face, no strings attached. what u see is what u get. as the joker blogs puts it, he wears his true face on the outside
sadly, its not as bright as it is in real life but i hope u enjoy it anyway ^_^

i don't know whats with the shoulder but thats what it looked like to me in the picture i used for reference. regardless though, it looks really under these document cameras we have at school. when you put it on that, the purple kind of turns blueish and that makes it really glow! i love it! ^_^
