Back to the days of the school yard,
I walked the lonesome halls all alone looking in her eyes.
Difference between us she was cute and popular,
shit I was just a dirt speck in her world.

We talked every once in awhile and she gave me a nickname,
embracing it thinking it was a start but fuck yeah right.
Walking the street to get some food and something to drink,
seeing her again I just stood there as we talked again.

Beautiful like I always remember,
personality and everything but I know I can't get her.
Fuck I hate being timid,
but how can I change when I am always out of their league.

Most define me as a pool of dog shit or vile human,
todays pictures of me have grown too similar to what I am.
Honestly wishing I could change my outward appearance,
but now I look like a 30 year old hobo with nothing to lose.

Truth and truth again I never started my case,
this was too far gone.

time to watch some movies to forget all this ever happened.
