Okay, I really just love Rock. He's absolutely adorable, and while i've never played a Megaman game, ive heard of the character and admittedly kinda love him. It also doesnt help that Darkwing Duck has a game with gameplay heavily based off the blue bombers adventures, so I couldnt give up an opportunity to add in my little troublemaker, Quacky.

Besides, Whats a hero without a few villains to face?
(And yes, I admittedly made a Darkwing reference because i have no idea how these teo would really interact, so this doesnt have to be canon. Idk
