Imagine a world where Vegeta's brother ended up on Earth, meeting up with Goku and even if he has lost his memories, reveals to him that they are Saiyans. How would this change the story? What will happen when Bulma shows up?

True, but how would Dragon Ball go with him around? Since, even though he was considered weak for King Vegeta, he could be more powerful than anyone on Earth, including King Piccolo and his reincarnation/son.
