Okay, first off, I think it looks really good how you've got them closer to one another in the faded background thar, since it shows that they are together (they are, right?). I also like how Token has a more sly expression and the way you've turned him so we see more of his back- kind of accentuates his more...uh, mysterious nature? LOL DID THAT EVEN MAKE SENSE? And his black hoodie adds to that, hurrrr.
Rowtag looks like a more open type of person - because of the way he's facing directly towards us and his expression and brighter colours.
The abundance of negative space allows us to focus moar on the subject matter.
THIS SOUNDS LIKE AN ESSAY WRITTEN BY A STONED MONKEY'S PREMATURELY-BORN OFFSPRING. IT'S NOT EVEN HELPING YOU IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER IT'S JUST POINTING OUT THE OBVIOUS. I'M SORRY.
