WHen I worked at an asian place, they heaped me up a HUGE bowl of soup, another of rice, another of meat, another of other things, with three tiny plates of soy, ginger, and the green stuff, which for the life of me I cannot recall! I avoided the green shit like it was the plague.

Yknow I always found it kind of funny how Detroit and Hiroshima seemed to switch places prosperity wise over the years. In World War II Detroit was a bustling town full of employed people, and Hiroshima was a crater due to the nuclear holocaust. NOW, its Detroit that looks like a nuclear holocaust that hit it, and Hiroshima thats got all the business. XD Maybe they took all the jobs?

In China if you finish your plate they'll consider it both impolite and as a challenge and will keep giving you food. Unless you're polite and let them know before the meal.
