First time I draw one of the Gen 6 Monsters. I gotta say I LOVE this little robin^^ As Coro Coro suggests, it learns a firetype move, so I hope this little Nomal/Flying-PokΓ©mon will evolve into a beautiful little brother of Moltres. If that is going to be the case, I'll have to reconsider taking Fennekin as my starter... Two fire-types isn't that cool (no pun intended).Related content

I didn't ike Fenniken.. it looked to... sassy. I didn't ike Froakie, reminded me too much of Dumbedore. I liked Chespin to some extent, so I'll pick him... Expecting either Grass/Ground or maybe a Grass/Rock.
As for this guy, I imagine him to evolve into maybe a cool or pretty looking guy. Maybe with feathers that look sorta like flames or summat? ...Imagination

This little bird is ties as my favorite of the new four. Gogoat is the other. Yamachan is cool, but I am disappointed in the lizard guy. Hopefully other Pokemon can learn his electric attack or he becomes better later on.

Meh, I like him a little more now. Hopefully he gets a decent evolution though, his partial normal type just makes him seem weird. I really like the bird as I have no pland to use Fenniken. He is okay, but I am impressed with him least from the starters. The bird is cool as it gets Flame Charge. I am gonna name him either Grayson or Nightwing. I hope you get the reference.

At least Nightwind sounds familiar to me^^ I'm ok with electric/normal, I'm just so happy there is no pure normal type so far. Things like Rattata, Sentret, Zigzagoon, Bidoof (ok this one gets a watertype) and Patrat are just senseless. Who uses them seriously, and I'm not talking about HM slavery.

I know this comment is a year old but I just want to say that I use Zigzagoon/Linoon. I find them really cute and they are pretty good in story-mode at least
But it's just my opinion.
Rattata annoys me because its design got worse with time. It looked best in Red/Blue.
Sentret is cute but I don't use it anymore ingame. And Patrat...Yeah...it looks rather...ugly. I don't know. It's creepy xD
I like the evolution from Bidoof but I never managed to make it a solid team member once in my many runs since gen 4 >___<

Y they no get love? Sentret is pretty cool, and I had a Linoone (The evolution of Zigzagoon) in my team on Ruby that beat the Elite Four! He knows Ice Beam, Thunder, Rest, and Surf.
I'm not too fond of Bidoof. Though it is cute, Bidoof doesn't stick out to me as a good Pokemon.. sorta like Skitty. I hate Patrat.
I just hope that they make a good rodent for generation 6... IM TALKING TO YOU, PATRAT!!! *glares at his ugy face*
But seriously, I'm not trying to rant.. I like to mess around with Normal types. They normally get a good movepool, if you get a bunch of TMs.

Since I tend to geek out on PokΓ©mon pretty hard, I can never ever use one of the rodents with such a movepool. They all lack the special attack to perform well on that stuff. But I admit Linoone can be quite useful with the right set up. it might even be able to kill entire teams. Bellydrum + Gluttony + Salacberry is a blast against other real trainers. Maximise Attack and increase your speed in the first turn, then sweep around with your other three attacks. Arceus and friends will shiver in fear huehuehue

Eh, I still like Raticate. He looks awesome, for one thing, and in the newer games Bite is physical... I don't have any of the games where it's still special attack ('cept Ruby which I wouldn't get it on anyways) and my Rattata has been pretty helpful in my Soul Silver nuzlocke playthrough. It all comes down to a matter of opinion though.
And I don't really have the patiencce for stat boosts, to be honest. Unless they come with an attack the pokemon knows, I'm unlikely to use them. My Linoone knows Ice Beam, Rest, and two other moves I forgot but it is a pretty helpful guy.

True, true. The joke with Nightwing or Grayson is Batman has a famous sidekick, Robin. The first Robin was Dick Grayson who later became Nightwing and served as Batman for awhile too. Fletching is a robin, and I like the puns.
