Yeah, that's supposed to be Henry from Silent Hill 4. He's not too happy about entering the sewers. Though strangely SH4 didn't have any sewers. Probably for the best, too.

I was originally going to put Walter up in the left-hand corner reaching his hand out to grab Henry, but it didn't work out. :-/

Done with a black Pilot pen I found in a couch six years ago. I figured I should finally use it for something. It's a great pen, too. Hasn't even run out of ink yet.
