One day, Snow White and her sister Rose Red were playing in the woods. Snow White tripped over her own feet and was unfortunately landed on a wooden stake (God knows what it was doing there). It pierced right through her skin, her flesh, her heart... well, right through her. Her blood splattered everywhere, even on Rose Red's new dress and her face

At first Rose Red was horrified, frozen with fear. However, as she wiped off Snow White's blood from her cheeks, she realized that the skin that had come into contact with that blood had become extremely beautiful, smooth, white and it had a somewhat ethereal quality. As if it would never wrinkle, scar or become diseased.

Suddenly, Rose Red was snapped out from her trance, no longer was she afraid of her sister's bloodied body. She hurried home to fetch a pail and starting to collect the blood dripping out from Snow White's wound. She wiped her hands on the grass stained with her sister's fresh blood, rubbing her blood stained hands onto her cheeks and legs. When the pail filled up to the amount that she was satisfied with, she reached into the large wound on her sister's chest, using her nails, she attempted to tear out some of her sister's flesh. It was hard, she had to use some sharp branches, finally she managed.

She headed home, sneaked into her room and stored the pail in her cupboard and covered it with a dress. She removed the blood stains from her face and examined her face in the mirror, yes, it had that strange ethereal quality. Snow White's blood had to be really special, she thought to herself. She could use it for her own benefits but she wanted her old widowed mother to share some of it as well. She wanted her mother to be young again.

Putting on a sad face, shedding some tears, which was not difficult because a part of Rose Red remembered Snow White and how she loved her sister, she ran to tell her mother what had happened to Snow White. They cried for hours, filled with sorrow. That night Rose Red knew she had to use the blood and flesh fast before the flies decided to claim it as theirs.

The next day, she prepared tea using her sister's blood and baked cupcakes, she added her sister's flesh into the cupcakes and then decorated them such that they looked like lovely tea-time treats.
She called for her mother to join her for tea, her mother stared at the tea which looked too much like blood and smelled the stench of death. Looking at Rose Red's strange smile and blank eyes, she knew what it was and she knew that her youngest daughter had lost her mind.

She took a cleaver from the kitchen and then killed Rose Red, stabbing her multiple times. Angry, sad and devastated, she seemed a bit mad herself. Blood was everywhere, the blood that stained her hands made her skin feel smooth, supple, they were no longer wrinkled and dry. She then wiped Rose Red's blood on her wrinkled cheeks and smiled as those wrinkles disappeared from her face, leaving it smooth and flawless. She looked the same age as her daughters and looked exactly like Rose Red did. She drained out the blood from her daughter's body, storing it in a large crystal bottle and sliced her her body and dried her meat in the sun.

Afterwards she sat down at the table, she drank the tea and ate the cupcakes Rose Red had prepared, smiling and laughing to herself.

This photo was somewhat inspired by Countess Bathory who was said to have bathed in the blood of virgins as part of her beauty regime.
