Learning UDK is totally fun! The tools are great and user (gamer) friendly! : P

Tools Used:
3D studio Max: Modeling, Unwrapping, Exporting
Maya: Modeling (used nurbs for reference in car model)
Photoshop: Texture editing
XNormal: generating normals from textures.
UDK: Level designing, Lightings, Matinee editing, Compositing, Playing
Song: Taio Cruz & Kylie Minogue - Higher

(NO READYMADE models used in the whole project.)

I'v also uploaded some other screenshots so please don't forget to check them out.

Amazing, I'm actually wanting to get the programs you got such as 3ds max, Maya and UDK

How long did it take you to do this?

No idea with you use for XNormal, dont even know the program

Thank you.
I usually use Xnormal to generate Normal maps from Diffuse textures.

You can download 3DsMax and Maya from Autodesk: [link]
Unreal Development Kit: [link]
Xnormal: [link]

Sweet, I can get UDK because it's free, as for Xnormal and 3DS Max and Maya is going to be a problem

I know, I still have UDK on my machine and I'm subscribed to the UDK newsteller
It's really a great thing, I loved making parallax materials and toying with physics.
By the way, the best normal maps are the ones you bake from the high-poly models. I don't trust programs like CrazyBump or XNormal. I bake and enhance in Photoshop
About gaming - yeah, I used to nolife a LOT... One is not a respectable gamer if hasn't played DooM, Unreal, Diablo, QUAKE, Warcraft and such games (these being the beginning of it all!). I have..

Nice to hear this things man! Game designing is really fun.
And about the normal maps: I use both the techniques. In this case, I've used high poly model of the door and then baked normals for the low poly. But for the road(cannot be seen in this pic), I've used Xnormal to generate normals from the road texture.
I am also the the biggest fan of all these games..hehehe... If you refer to Doom 3 Door, you fill sure find big influence on this door!
