HiLo,My name is JoMo this is my first submission so please be kind...
I have taken a transparent Vista orb(found online) that was 256x256 reduced the size and tweaked it a little to easily import into your msstyles file.
When the orb is sitting(Top pic) it's a normal looking Windows logo, whey you hover the orb looks depressed (middle pic) and the inverse windows logo is place beneath the original orb, and both are shifted slightly. When the orb is clicked(bottom pic) you get the inverse Windows logo.
I have a little clean up to do around the edges, but for my first go at being a theme'r, I feel like I did alright.

I created it so it could be imported into my *.msstyles file using Resource Tuner. I never even knew what VioRB was till right meow.

It's a good idea, but maybe you should put it in Customization-->Skins & Themes-->Windows Vista Utilities-->Visual Styles, people would probably find it more useful there
