Is that a bunch of pasta that you took a picture of and passed through the pasturize filter on Photoshop? It looks almost like impressionistic hay! Or grainy French fries...
Wonderful balance. The negative space works excellently with the darker areas below. Lines everywhere. Very warm, inviting colors. This is the kind of piece you want to get philosophical about.
So I think I will:
Color inside the lines. Why? Non-conformation is more exhilarating. I throw my pasta to the wind and watch the pieces fall, read their messages like chicken bones. We all leave life to chance anyway.
A bit simplistic, yet very deep. Well done.
