welcome my skater, Luigi the pink Liger
my entry for character design challenge August 2020
Disability and being 'different' cannot stop him to pursue his dream to be the best skater in the animal skatepark! please support him, he has friendly nature and likes to hang out with new people
i was thinking about what animal i should draw for this challenge, and i decide it's either tigon or Liger, they hybrid of my favorite 2 big cat. not only special by his breed, i want to make him even more unique, then i see a photo of a skater with a prosthetic limb (that pose i use as refrence to draw Luigi), and got further inspiration. limitation is only exist in ones head, so i make him lost one of his leg, and change it with prosthetic limb. as i like the concept of 'gender ambiguity' as well, i make his fur color pink, yet wearing blue Tutu.
When he skate on his hot pink skateboard, he's the Queen. no animal will fail to aware of his presence.
