Another character of my planned webcomic. Starla Lightspeed is one of the influential senators of Veritan Republic from the planet of the same title. She possess powers of light manipulation, can produce laser beams from her body (usually from her hands). Unlike the other senators, she is the "fighting senator", involving in most insurgency or invasion missions which threaten her Republic and her planet.
