Heard they are redoing a final zatoichi movie with that smap guy as ichi. What the #*&@!!!!!

This is so very cool, I especially love the composition, the dark at the bottom and light at the top.
And ugh. Sorry, Shintaro Katsu just embodies the character so much, I just don't think anyone else can do him justice. Even the Takeshi film was interesting, but it didn't seem like Ichi.

I totally agree, the takeshi one was ok, but it didn't have that bumbling chatty nice guy that Shintaro was when he's not fighting, and i don't want to acknowledge the latest one...thanks for looking in!

Oh man, is it blocked content or something? I've run into that problem before, myself, with other things. It looks like almost everything is out on DVD, at least, I just can't afford to buy anything right now.
