3 more happesntance dorks.Bump and Thump were two F-tier super-powered criminals who were caught fairly easily. They weren't highly motivated criminals (nor very violent) so they ended up in a rehab program. Their sponsor/mentor, a rogue SFD member named the Winter Whumpus, redesigned their outfits and made the two her sidekicks. Given the length of their probation, they'll have to put up with her for quite some time.
