But art isn't defined by whether it is or isn't objectifying someone. Taking a close-up of someone's eye, lips (other lips), or hair is also objectification. But we appreciate that eye for its beauty or whatever it is we like about the photo. A woman's pussy can be appreciated purely on its own merits, as well. By the same token, for something to be artistic it doesn't even have to be aesthetically pleasing, or mindful of proper decorum.

It was meant to be in your face. I do agree with you. When I direct focus and pose on one particular are of the body, it is in a way objectifying the model, but as you can see from many of my other shots, I try to get the whole person in the image. I even get the persons' face, in some of my foot shots too.

I certainly think that it is within the bounds of DA. While the close up of a pelvis might be pushing it for some people, a close up of an ankle would be pushing it in other cultures
