This actually resembles an organic machine more than a human, which, considering Blastoise, is a very good quality. I don't really think I dislike anything about this drawing, really, great work! = D

And I'm curious as to the tubes going into his body. I hope he doesn't blast bodily fluids through those cannons. o_o

It's water he blasts outward. The tubes absorb the water that its body is made up - differing from actual humans not only in appearance but in make-up as well. Humanoid Blastoises are made up of 80% water, and much of that water is contained around it's spinal cord, and organs. It's blood vessels are reinforced to keep them from rupturing under the intense pressure of the water being continuously circulated around its organs.
^_^ (It drinks quite a lot of water to keep up it's bodily functions. About 30 gallons a day. ^_^)

That's one damn powerful looking Blastoise. Just the way he should be. I noticed you used Open canvas. I'm not familiar with it, but it seems worth trying. This is defiantely one of the better Ginjinkas, and seemingly the most memorable Blastoise... considering I DON'T remember any of the others. >.> Spot on, mate.
