Shadow Shine a name that contradicts itself. Couldn't come up with a realistic name or even place any effort into a name, so just decided on using a name that doesn't make sense. If anyone watches the series the characters names have a meaning and quite a back story to it. Not just a name focused on their powers but also their likes and interest. In this case lets just take two random words and toss them together.Β

Yes it is. That's the point. The contradiction was intentional, because I believe in balance- the peaceful coexistence of opposites together. It was very pointed, and it took me a while to pick two opposites that sounded poetic together.

Intentional.. Such only makes the one who come up with it seems much more lacking. You steal the aspects of someone elses art, and if that wasn't enough you take both the artist and the series writer and rub their nose into the shit stain you created out of disrespect. You basically stole an art design, changed the coloring, made up a name that doesn't even go with the already designed storylines structure and then claim it to be your own. What could be more insulting? Ahh! The fact you are proud of your lame creation.Β

Its not a cannon character, so she could be name whatever. If the name copied the style of the show it wouldn't be original then would it?Β

The fact that you ripped off an idea from a show already shows it's not original. Anyone can copy a artists idea, change the coloring and name it. It's people like you that ruin a perfectly good series. Ones that can't tell the difference between life and falsehood because they become so absorbed into something. All in all the facts remains, no matters how much you try to change colors and make up senseless names the artwork it comes from will never be yours and more so the fact that you don't stick to originality only shows the series disrespect.Β

You know its not my OC... I just drew it. And its picky people like you who cant enjoy a good OC. Who cares if the name is shadow. There are a millions Johns in the world and they are not making ruining the world. Its a name, and if you get butthurt over that you really need to get help. Please do not comment on my art anymore.

Well seeming it's not your art, I can comment on it as much as I like. Β Any moron can change the color of something and claim it for themselves. Try creating something yourself instead of shaming the real artist who took the time to create it.

Um, first off, I'm the one who made it. And I *asked* him to reproduce it. Secondly, it's his own unique art style. Therefore, it is rightfully his.

False.. The artstyle who created the style is named Lauren Faust. You basically are a fan of the style and stole the style to just change the coloring and make up a meaningless name. One it's copyright infringement because you claim the artwork for your own and two any moron can copy something and change it's coloring. How about creating something for yourself instead of taking credit for another artists work?
